Tender document can be had on production of proof of experience of similar works, (the aggregate value of work done during the last three years shall not be less than the estimated cost & at least one such work should be of value not less than half the estimated cost) Income Tax PAN and Solvency Certificate, from Dy. Controller of Accounts, Heavy Water Plant (Kota), PO: Anushakti 323 303, Via: Kota (Rajasthan) on payment of Rs. 500/- (non refundable) in cash or through demand draft (Rs. 500/- including postal charges) drawn in favour of Dy. Controller of Accounts payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Rawatbhata branch only, from 25.06.2007 to 04.07.2007 between 10.30 hrs. and 16.00 hrs. on any working day. Tender shall be opened on 06.07.2007 at 15.00 hrs. Tender document can be obtained/submitted either in person or by post. The request for purchase of tender document by post, should be super scribed on envelope as “For Purchase of Tender, Tender Notice No. & Name of Work”. Department shall not be responsible  for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. The request for purchase of tender document shall be submitted well in advance for scrutinizing the request for issue of tender document. Tender documents not accompanying with Earnest Money Deposit will be summarily rejected. The General Manager does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any tender or to assign any reason thereof.
