:: ANNUAL MAINTENANCE WORKS OF GLASS LINED REACTOR, VESSELS, PIPE LINES OF TBP UNIT AT HWP, TALCHER
Estimated cost of the Work : Rs.3.23akh : Completion Time: 20 days, EMD: Rs.7,168/-
Eligibility criteria for issue of tender document are (a) “the experience of having successfully completed within comparable completion time 3 similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost OR Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost OR one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, during the last seven years, (b) average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of estimated cost during last three completed financial years, (c) Solvency of amount equal to 40% of estimated cost (d) Registration for VAT (TIN NO) and (e) Service Tax Registration Code (STC No). Similar works for this tender shall mean “Experience of supply, fabrication of CS/SS pipe lines, maintenance of glass lined vessels, pipe lines , valves and structural fabrication.”
Application in sealed envelope super scribing the Tender Notice Number & last date of application, addressed to Pay and Accounts Officer (P&AO), HWP Talcher, PO: Vikrampur, Dist: Angul, Orrisa for issue of Tender Documents accompanied by documentary proof in support of eligibility criteria, duly certified in the body of 1430 hrs of 19.01.2008. Tender documents shall be issued to the eligible contractors, after due scrutiny, at a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per set (non-refundable) on any working day from 23.01.2008 to 25.01.2008 between 1330 hrs to 1430 hrs.
Completed tenders along with the EMD in shape of DD or Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer, HWP, Talcher on State Bank Of India, Talcher Fertilizer Township Branch (Code no:3312) shall be received up to 1430 hrs of 29.01.2008 and shall be opened on the same day at 1530 hrs in presence of such intending tenderers who wish to be present. Tenders received without EMD are liable to be rejected. In case of closure of office on the last date of receipt of application for issue of Tenders document or due of tender submission/ opening for any reason, the dates stipulated in this notice would stand postponed to respective next working days. General Manager, HWP, Talcher reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Application(s) for issue of tender or completed tenders submitted without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
