Estimated cost of the Work : Rs.9,84,110.00; Completion Time : Six Months, EMD: Rs.19682/-

Eligibility criteria for issue of tender document are (a) “the experience of having successfully completed within completed within comparable completion time 3 similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost OR Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost OR one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, during the last seven years, (b) average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of estimated cost during last three completed financial years, (c) Solvency of amount equal to 40% of estimated cost (d) Registration for VAT (TIN NO) and (e) Service Tax Registration Code (STC NO). Similar works for this tender shall mean “Building Construction / Maintenance works”.

Application in sealed envelope super scribing the Tender Notice Number & last date of application, addressed to Pay and Accounts Officer (P&AO), HWP Talcher, PO: Vikrampur, Dist: Angul, Orissa for issue of Tender documents accompanied by documentary proof in support of eligibility criteria, duly certified in the body of application and copy of news paper cutting containing the NIT shall be received up to 1430 hrs of 25-02-08. Tender documents shall be issued to the eligible contractors, after due scrutiny, at cost of Rs.500/- Rupees five hundred only) per set (non-refundable) on any working day from 04-03-2008 to 10-03-2008 between 1330 hrs to 1430 hrs.

Completed tenders along with the EMD in shape of DD or Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer , HWP, Talcher on State Bank of India, Talcher Fertilizer Township Branch (Code no: 3312) shall be received up to 1430 hrs of 14-03-2008 and shall be opened on the same day at 1530 hrs in presence of such intending tenderers who wish to be present. Tenders received without EMD are liable to be rejected. In case of closure of office on the last date of receipt of application for issue of Tender document or due date of tender submission/ opening for any reason, the dates stipulatedin this notice would stand postponed to respective next working days.
