Sealed tenders are invited by General Manager, Heavy Water Plant, Baroda for and on behalf of President of India from Registered/Qualified Contractors for the following jobs :-

Tender document for the above tenders can be obtained from Pay and Accounts Officer, Heavy Water Plant, PO : Fertilizernagar, Dist. Baroda 391 750 on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) on all working days during 10:30 Hrs. to 15:00 Hrs. on production of proof of having sufficient relevant experience along with list of available tools, tackles, skilled  manpower, adequate facilities for the successful execution of the above mentioned jobs. In case of postal request/submission. HWP(B) will not be responsible for any postal delay.

Party must have executed similar works of “Piecemeal job in General shift” during the last 3 years, the aggregate value of such orders should not be less than the amount put to Tender subject to the condition that at least one such work should be of value not less than 30% of the amount put to Tender. Relevant copies of work orders and certificates for the jobs carried out are to be submitted along with request of issue of tender.

Sealed Tenders should reach Pay & Accounts Officer, HWP-Baroda by 1430 hours on or before the due date for receipt given above, which shall be opened on the same day at 1500 hours. In case the date of receipt of opening is failing on public holiday. It shall be opened on the next working day at specified time.

Offers received without EMD will be summarily rejected.
