Chief General Manager, Heavy Water Plant (Baroda) invites sealed tenders upto 2.30 P.M. on 28.09.2007 and to be opened on same day at 3.00 P.M. from competent and experienced Contractors on approved list of PWD, MES, Railways, DAE & Chemical Industries like Fertilizers, Refineries, Petrochemicals, etc. for “MISC CIVIL MAINTENANCE JOBS AT HWP HOUSING COLONIES AT NIZAMPURA AND DANTESHWAR, BARODA”.

The tenders shall be issued to the Contractors who have carried out similar works in past 3 years and aggregate value of such work shall not be less than estimated cost. Out of this value, at least one work should be of value of not less than Rs. 3,50,000/-.

Estimated cost Rs. 11,17,000/-. Tender shall be accompanied with EMD of  Rs. 27,925/- in form of Demand Draft/Pay Order (not cheques) drawn in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer, Heavy Water Plant, Baroda. Blank tender documents can be purchased at Rs. 500/- (non refundable) from the office of Pay & Accounts Officer, Heavy Water Plant, PO : Fertilizernagar, Dist. Baroda – 391 750 on any working days from 17.09.2007 to 27.09.2007 in person or by Post, on production of proof of registration, experience and latest income tax clearance certificate. HWP (Baroda) will not be responsible for any Postal delay.
