General Manager, Heavy Water Plant (Baroda) invites sealed tenders upto 2.30 P.M. on 27/06/2008 and to be opened on same day at 3.00 P.M. from competent and experienced contractors on approved list of PWD, MES, Railways, DAE & heavy Chemical Industries like Fertilizers, Refineries, Petrochemicals, etc. for “CONSTRUCTION OF REST ROOM FOR SRP PERSONNELS AT HEAVY WATER PLANT, BARODA.”

The tenders shall be issued to the Contractors who have carried out similar type work, in past 3 years and aggregate value of such works shall not be less than the estimated cost. Out of this value, at least one work should be of value of more than Rs.3.00 lacs.

Estimated cost Rs.5,10,000/-. Tender shall be accompanied with EMD of Rs.10,200/- in form of Demand Draft/Pay Order (not cheques) drawn in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer, Heavy Water Plant, Baroda. Blank tender documents can be purchased at Rs.500/- (non refundable) from the office of Pay & Accounts Officer, heavy Water Plant, PO : Fertilizernagar, Dist. Baroda - 391 750 on any working days from 16/06/2008 to 26/06/2008 in person or by Post, on production of proof of registration, experience, list of similar works carried out during last 3 years and completion
certificates, latest solvency certificate from nationalised bank and latest income tax clearance certificate. HWP(Baroda) will not be responsible for any Postal delay.
