Sealed tenders are invited by General Manager, HWP (Kota), Anushakti – 323 303 on behalf of the President of India upto 02.30 PM on 09.08.2007 for the work of :

“Re-rubber lining of HCL, storage tanks at HWPK site”at Heavy Water Plant (Kota) site, Anushakti 323 303. Estimated cost Rs. 5,26,500 /- (Rupees Five Lakhs Twenty Six thousand Five Hundred only). Earnest money for the job is Rs. 10,530 /- (Rupees Ten Thousand Five Hundred Thirty only). Tender Document can be had on production of proof of experience of similar works during the last three years, the aggregate value of which shall not be less than Rs. 5,26,500 /- (the tendered amount) & at least one such work should be of value not less than Rs. 1,75,500 /- from Dy. Controller of Accounts, Heavy Water Plant (Kota), PO: Anushakti 323 303, Via: Kota (Rajasthan) on payment of Rs.500 /- (non-refundable) in cash or through demand draft (Rs.550/- including payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) in cash or through demand draft (Rs.550/- including postal charges) drawn in favour of Dy. Controller of Accounts payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Rawatbhata branch only, from 23.07.2007 to 07.08.2007 between 11.00 AM and 04.00 PM on any working day. Tender shall be opened on 09.08.2007 at 03.30 PM. Tender document can be obtained / submitted either in person or by post. The request for purchase of tender document by post, should be superscripted on envelop as “Purchase of Tender”, Tender Notice No. & Name of work. The request for purchase of tender document shall be submitted well in advance upto 06.08.2007 to scrutinizing the request for issue of tender document. Department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. All tender with any condition including that of conditional rehate shall be rejected.
