Tender document for the above tenders can be obtained from Pay and Accounts Officer. Heavy Water Plant .P.O. Fertilizernagar, Distt. Baroda – 391 750. on payment of Rs 500/- (non refundable) on all working days during 10:30 Hrs to 15:00 Hrs. on production of proof of having sufficient relevant experience along with list of available tools, tackles, skilled manpower, adequate facilities for the successful execution of the above mentioned jobs . In case of postal request submission. HWP(B) will not be responsible for any postal delay.
Party must have executed similar works of “Repairing, overhauling maintenance, servicing and Round the clock Operation of Central Air Conditioning Plans, Air handling unit and Chilling plants etc.” during the last 3 years, the aggregate value of such orders should not be less than the amount put to Tender subject to the condition that at least one such work should be of value not less than 30% of the amount put to Tender. Relevant copies of work orders and certificates for jobs carried out are to be submitted along with request for issue of tender.
Sealed Tenders should reach Pay and Accounts Officer, HWP – Baroda by 14.30 hours on or before the due date for receipt given above, which shall be opened on the same day at 15.00 hours in presence of the Tenderers. In case the date of receipt of opening is falling on public holiday, it shall be opened on the next working day at specified time.
Offers received without EMD will be summarily rejected.
