Routine test at manufacturer works, transportation to site, testing and commissioning of the 415 V
MCC”.

Eligibility criteria for issue of tender documents are (a) “ the experience of having successfully Completed within comparable copletion time 3 similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the
Estimated cost OR Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost OR one
Similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, during the last three years, (b) average Annual financial turnover of at least 30% of estimated cost during last three completed financial years, (c) Solvency of amount equal to 40% of estimated cost (d) Registration for CST/ VAT (TIN No) (e) Service tax registration code (STC no). (f) Valid type test certificate on similar configuration from standard testing facility.

Addressed to Pay and Accounts Officer (P&AO), HWP Talcher, PO: Vikrampur, Dist: Angul,Orissa for issue of Tender documents accompanied by documentary proof in support of eligibility criteria, duly certified in the body of application and copy of news paper cutting containing the NIT shall be received up to 1430 hrs of 10-10-07.Tender documents shall be issued to the eligible contractors, after due scrutiny, at a cost of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per set (Non-refundable) on any working day between 1330 hrs to 1430 hrs from 22-10-07 to 27-10-07.

Completed tenders along with the EMD in shape of DD drawn in favour of Pay & Acounts Officer, HWP, Talcher on State Bank of India, Talcher Fertilizer Township Branch (Code no: 3312) shall be received up to 1430 hrs of 17-11-07 and shall be opened on the same day at 1530 hrs in presence of such intending tenders who wish to be present. Tenders received without EMD are liable to be rejected. In case of closure of office, due to any reason, on the last date of receipt of application for issue of Tender document or due date of tender submission/ opening, the dates stipulated in this notice would stand postponed to respective next working days.
