General Manager, Heavy Water Plant (Baroda) invites sealed tenders upto  2.30 P.M. on 9.5.2005 and to be opened on same day at 3.00 P.M. from competent and experienced contractors (approves by GPCB/MOEF) for carrying out following jobs with an aim to obtain prior environment clearance from MOEF, New Delhi for the proposed Tri butyl phosphate facility within the premises of HWP (Baroda):

1. Preparation of application in form -1 including terms of reference for conducting EIA, preparing 2. Pre-feasibility report and submission the same to MOEF, Delhi.
Conducting Rapid EIA.
3. Preparation of Risk analysis and Disaster management plan.
4. Preparation of environment Management plan and environment monitoring plan.
5. Making reply and conducting presentations at MOEF, New Delhi, if required.
The contractor shall submit enough copies along with CD of the above reports as per required of MOEF, New Delhi.

The tenders shall be issued to the Contractors who have carried out similar nature of works and the aggregate value of work during last 3 years shall not be less than estimated cost of the work and subject to condition that at least one work should be of value of not less than 30% of estimated cost.

Estimated cost is Rs. 5, 00,000/-. Tender shall be accompanied with EMD of Rs. 12,500/- in form of Demand Draft/Pay order (not cheques) drawn in favour of  Pay & Accounts Officer, Heavy Water Plant, Baroda. Blank tender documents can be purchased at Rs.500/- (non refundable) from the office of Pay & Accounts Officer, heavy Water Plant, PO: Fertilizernagar, Dist. Baroda – 391 750 on any working days from 25.4.2007 to 9.5.2007 in person or post, on production of proof of registration, experience and latest income tax clearance certificate.
