| Sealed tenders are invited by General Manager,HWP(Kota),Anushakti-323 303,Via Kota (Rajasthan) on behalf of the President of India upto 14.30 hrs.on 17.06.2009 for the "SALE OF SODIUM SULPHATE (GLAUBER SALT),ON AS IS WHERE IS BASIS,APPROXIMATE QUANTITY-800 MT" at Heavy Water Plant (Kota),Anushakti-323303. Earnest money Rs.2,400/- (RUPEES TWO THOUSAND AND FOUR HUNDRED ONLY). Tender document can be obtained from Dy.Controller of Accounts,Heavy Water Plant (Kota), PO:Anushakti 323 303, Via:Kota (Rajasthan).Tender document can either be collected in person on payment of Rs.500/-(non-refundable) in cash or through demand draft of Rs.550/-(this includes postal charges) drawn in favour of Dy.Controller of Accounts,payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur,Rawatbhata branch only,from 25.05.2009 to 15.06.2009 between 1100 hrs and 1600 hrs on any working day.A deposit-at-call receipt or a separate DD of Rs.2,400/-(RUPEES TWO THOUSAND AND FOUR HUNDRED ONLY) is also to be submitted as the earnest money at the time of collecting tender document.The deposit-at-call receipt/DD should be in favour Dy Controller of Accounts,HWP Kota,drawn on State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur,Rawatbhata branch or any Scheduled Bank.Tender shall be opened on 17.06.2009 at 1530 hrs.Tender document can be submitted either in person or by post.The request for purchase of tender document by post should be superscribed on envelops as "Purchase of Tender",Tender Notice No.& Name of Sale Tender.The request for purchase of tender document shall be submitted at least two days in advance for scrutiny by the concerned Department of HWPK.Department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained.All tenders with any conditions,including that of conditional rebates,shall be rejected.
