Sealed tenders are invited by the General Manager, Heavy Water Plant, Baroda for and on behalf of President of India from Registered/ Qualified Contractors for the following jobs.

Tender document for the above tenders can be obtained from Pay and Accounts Officer, Heavy Water Plant, P.O Fertilizers, Distt. Baroda – 391750, 0n payment of Rs500/- (non refundable) (Postal Charges Rs.100 extra) on all working days during 10.30 Hrs to 15.00 Hrs, on production of proof of having sufficient relevant experience along with list of available tools, tackles skilled manpower, adequate facilities for the successful execution of the above mentioned jobs. In case of postal request/ submission, HWP (B) will not responsible for any postal delay.

Party must have executed similar works of “Fabrication and repairing of retorts or process vessels for Chemical Plant” during the last 3 years, the aggregate value of such orders should not be less than the amount put to Tender (i.e Rs. 4,15,000) subject to the condition that at least one such work should be of value not less than 30% of the amount put to Tender (i.e.@Rs.1,40,000). Relevant copies of work orders and certificates for jobs carried out are to be submitted along with true copy of I.T. PAN Card with the request letter for issue of tender.

Sealed Tenders should reach Pay and Accounts Officer, HWP – Baroda by 1430 hours on our before the due date for receipt given above, which shall be opened on the same day at 1500 hrs in presence of the Tenders. In case the date of receipt of opening is falling on public holiday, it shall be opened on the next working day at specified time.

Offers received without EMD will be summarily rejected.
