Sealed tenders are invited by the General Manager, Heavy Water plant, Baroda for and on behalf of President of India from Registered/ Qualified Contractors for the following jobs.

Tender document for the above tenders can be obtained from Pay and Accounts Officer, Heavy Water Plant, P.O. Fertilizernagar, Distt. Baroda – 391750, on payment of Rs 500/- (non-refundable) on all working days during 10.30 Hrs to 15.00 Hrs. on production of proof of having sufficient relevant experience along with list of available tools, tackles, skilled manpower, adequate facilities for the successful execution of the above mentioned jobs. In case of postal request/submission. HWP (B) will not be responsible for any postal delay.

Party must have executed similar works of “Rigging, handling and cleaning jobs for maintenance works of the plant” during the last 3 years, the aggregate value of such orders should not be less than the amount put to Tender subject to the condition that at least one such work should be of value not less than 30% of the amount put to Tender.Relevant copies of work orders and certificates for jobs carried out are to be submitted along with request for issue of tender. The latest Income Tax Certificate is also to be submitted.

Sealed Tenders should reach Pay and Accounts Officer, HWP- Baroda by 1430 hrs on or before the due for receipt given above, which shall be opened on the same day at 1500 hrs. In case the date of receipt of opening is falling on public holiday, it shall be opened on the next working day at specified time.

Offers received without EMD will be summarily rejected.
