Sealed tenders are invited by General Manager, Heavy Water Plant, Baroda for and on behalf of President of India from Registered/Qualified Contractors for the following jobs.

 SUB: MAINTENANCE OF CONTROL VALVES

Tender document for the above tenders can be obtained from Pay and Accounts Officer, Heavy water Plant, P.O : Fertilizernagar, Dist: Baroda- 391 750. on payment of Rs.500/- (non refundable) on all working days during 10:30 Hrs to 15:00 Hrs. on production of proof of having sufficient relevant experience along with list of available tools, tackles, skilled man power, adequate facilities for the successful execution of the above mentioned jobs. In case of postal request/submission, HWP(B) will not be responsible for any postal delay.

Party must have executed similar works of maintenance of HP control valves, Bellow seal valves, and Butterfly valves of Masoneillan and Adar France make, handling highly corrosive fluid like KNH2 and Liquid NH3 during the last 3 yaers, the aggregate value of such orders should not be less than the amount put to Tender subject to the condition that at least one such work should be of value not less than 30% of the amount put to Tender. Relevant copies of work orders and certificates for jobs carried out are to be submitted along with request for issue of tender.

Sealed Tender should reach  Pay and Accounts Officer, HWP, Baroda by 14:30 Hrs. on or before the due date for receipt given above, which shall be opened on the same day at 15.00 Hrs. In case the date of receipt of opening is falling on public holiday. It shall be opened on the next working day at specified time.

Offers received without EMD will be summarily rejected.
